Is the audit call really free? What's the catch?
It’s genuinely free. No catch. We offer it because a 30-minute conversation where we actually help you is the best first impression we can make. You’ll leave with real takeaways. If there’s a fit to work together, we’ll talk about it — but only if it comes up naturally.
We've hired VAs before and it didn't work. How is this different?
We hear this constantly. The difference is that we are not a VA service. We are a trained, certified, project-managed team operating on protocols built from 15 years inside the tools you use. You don’t onboard us. You don’t manage us. You check the project management tool for task updates.
How quickly can you start after we agree to work together?
Most clients are fully onboarded within seven to ten business days of signing. Week one is the audit and blueprint. Week two is handoff and takeover. By week three, you’re reviewing work — not doing it.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines and the US?
Yes. Our team operates remotely and our clients are spread across North America, Australia, and Europe. Time zone coordination is handled by your dedicated Project Manager — it is not something you need to think about.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That’s exactly what the audit call is for. Tell us what’s broken or overwhelming and we’ll tell you honestly which service fits — or whether we’re even the right team for your situation. We don’t take on clients we can’t genuinely help.
Will I be working directly with Gwenn?
Gwenn is personally involved in every audit call and in the onboarding of every new client. Day-to-day, you work with your dedicated Project Manager — who is trained on Gwenn’s protocols and held to the same standards she built. And if your business needs it, Gwenn is available to work with you directly on overall strategy — bringing her full insider expertise to the bigger picture of how your operations should grow.
