Next, you’ll connect your social media accounts to our platform, so we can schedule and post the content you’ve approved.

In 7 working days, you’ll receive your full month of social media posts to review. We’ll make any changes you request, and once you’re happy with everything, we’ll post it for you throughout the month.

Will you include managing messages and comments on my pages?

This pricing package doesn’t include management of the page. Only content development.

How will you know what to post for my company?

Our process is simple and efficient. When you sign up, you’ll fill out an onboarding form to provide details about your company, target audience, branding, and any ideas you have for posts.

We also review your website and social media to understand your brand’s voice and visual style, so we can keep it consistent if that’s what you prefer. Additionally, we’ll research your industry to create relevant, high-quality content for your audience.

Who will be working on my content?

Your account manager will match you with the best social media manager for your industry. Each client gets an account manager, which is the point of contact. The account manager is the link between the client and the rest of the team.

We’re big on taking ownership and responsibility for our work and it shows in everything we do. 

Are the posts custom made?

Yes, the content is tailor-made for your brand or purpose. This includes various types of content like images, videos, articles, etc. We create everything from scratch to meet your specific needs and goals, rather than using pre-existing materials. The content can be used for marketing, branding, education, or entertainment.

Will I see the posts before they go live?

All posts will be sent to you for feedback and approval before being published. Once you sign up and complete the questionnaire, we’ll have your posts ready for review within 7 working days. We provide a full month of content at once for your review.

We’ll send you a link where you can view the posts and share any feedback. Our goal is for you to love the content, so if there’s anything you don’t like, we’ll keep making changes until it’s just right.

Usually, we get it perfect the first time, but if not, we’ll keep working on it until you’re happy with it.

Where do you get the content/visuals from?

It depends. Some clients have plenty of content we can use, while others don’t. For those with a lot of content, we primarily work with what they already have. For clients with less content, we typically use premium stock photos or create graphic design posts that align with their brand. The approach is always customized and decided in collaboration with the client.

Will I see sales using Creative Dash?

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel on a month-to-month basis, but we ask that you cancel at least 7 days before the start of the next month, as that’s when we begin working on your posts for the upcoming month.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We commit to delivering high-quality work and strive to meet or exceed your expectations based on the agreed-upon project scope. If you encounter any issues or concerns, please contact us immediately so we can address and rectify them promptly. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a successful collaboration.

Do I have to share my login details?

No. You simply add us as an editor to your social media account so we can post on your behalf.

Can I still post on my own profiles?

Yes you can. We encourage our clients to add their own content when they need to. It’s up to you how involved you want to be; if you’re simply too busy to do anything on social media, then you can relax knowing we’ve got your accounts covered.
