Our Founder, Gwenn Doria, had seen it from every angle. As a technical support specialist inside ClickFunnels, she watched brilliant entrepreneurs lose sales because of a broken automation they didn’t know how to fix. As a customer support manager at MailerLite, she saw entire email lists go cold because no one understood deliverability. As a beta tester reviewing hundreds of software tools for AppSumo, she developed an instinct for what separates systems that hold under pressure from systems that collapse at the worst possible moment.
